The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our forward-thinking team. As the frontline of our sales process, you will play a pivotal role in fueling My AI Inc.'s growth by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads that align with our innovative loyalty rewards solution. This position is perfect for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adept at navigating conversations around cutting-edge technologies, and is keen on making a tangible impact on the future of loyalty programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and events. Assess the needs and potential of leads to qualify their fit for My AI Inc.'s solutions.
  • Education and Engagement: Articulate the value proposition of the Me Protocol adn ME Marketpalce and how it stands apart from traditional loyalty rewards systems. Educate potential clients on the benefits and functionalities of our platform, sparking interest and engagement.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and nurture a healthy pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent flow and progression towards sales opportunities. Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, insights, and follow-ups.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies based on market feedback. Contribute to the development of sales collateral and pitches that resonate with our target audience.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs. Provide insights to the product team to help tailor our offerings to market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for Innovation: A keen interest in technology, particularly blockchain and loyalty rewards systems, and a desire to disrupt traditional markets.
  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas in a compelling and understandable manner.
  • English Language: you must be able to effectively communicate in English. This usually means native-level English, with an accent conducive to target geographies in Europe and US.
  • Persistence and Creativity: A proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving and thinking outside the box to overcome challenges and engage potential clients.
  • Team Spirit: A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, contributing positively to team dynamics and company culture.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales development role, preferably in a tech startup or a company involved in loyalty programs or blockchain technology. Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in using social media for professional outreach.
